7) Data sharing / recipients (no sharing for partners’ own purposes)
-
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share your personal data with partners or subcontractors for their own purposes or marketing. -
We disclose personal data only when necessary:
A) Chauffeurs and subcontracted operators (service delivery)
-
We may use subcontracted chauffeurs/operators to fulfil a ride. In such cases:
-
they act only under our instructions and only to perform the ride,
-
they receive the minimum necessary trip data (e.g., pick-up time/address, destination, passenger name and contact number if needed, flight number if relevant),
-
they are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
B) Website platform and hosting (Wix)
Our website is built on Wix. Wix may process data to host and operate the site, forms, and related infrastructure. Wix is based in Israel (an adequacy country under EU law) and may process/store data in other locations depending on the services used and its infrastructure.
C) Email services (Google Workspace)
We use Google Workspace for business email communications (e.g., receiving booking requests and replying to customers). Emails and related metadata may be processed and stored within Google’s systems as part of providing the service.
D) Payments on boarding (card)
If you pay by card at pick-up, payment data is processed by the payment provider/acquirer and your bank. We receive transaction confirmation and accounting information. We do not store full card details.
E) Advertising & remarketing (only with consent)
If you consent to marketing cookies, we may use:
Google Ads (conversion measurement and remarketing/retargeting)
Meta Pixel (conversion measurement and remarketing/retargeting)
These tools may process online identifiers and event data. You can withdraw consent any time via cookie settings.
F) Legal obligations
We may disclose data to authorities or professional advisers where required by law.
8) Main service providers (processors) we use
Wix.com Ltd — website platform, hosting, forms/infrastructure
Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace) — business email services (Google Workspace)
Google Ireland Limited — Google Ads technologies (only after marketing consent)
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — Meta Pixel technologies (only after marketing consent)
Payments (card on boarding): your payment provider/acquirer (name depends on your POS/acquiring contract).
9) International transfers
Because we use Wix, Google (Workspace/Ads), and Meta (if you consent), data may be processed outside the EEA. Providers typically rely on applicable legal mechanisms (e.g., adequacy decisions and/or appropriate safeguards) depending on the destination and service configuration.
10) Retention (how long we keep data)
We keep data only as long as necessary:
Bookings and service communications: typically up to 5 years after the ride (to handle disputes/claims).
Invoices/accounting records: retained for the period required by Hungarian accounting/tax laws (commonly 8 years).
Cookie consent logs: retained as necessary to demonstrate compliance and manage consent.
11) Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures such as TLS encryption, access controls, and least-privilege access. Please note that email communication may carry inherent risks; for sensitive matters we can coordinate a safer channel if needed.
12) Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).
We aim to respond within 1 month (extendable where legally permitted). We may request identity verification.
